As a running technique instructor I can help you understand the principles of evolutionary biology and how they relate to running biomechanics and offer you a unique coaching template for improving running technique. We will use running-specific drills to imporve function, flexibility and elasticity. On a treadmill, I can analyse individual running technique, provide feedback and provide sound footwear advice.
