  • Personal training sessions are £35  for the hour

  • Nutrition sessions £38

  • Reductions available

       for larger block bookings.

The first step is to contact me. I will meet you at a convenient time for a consultation to discuss your goals, your current levels of fitness and how we can achieve your goals together. Once we have collected information on your health including blood pressure, body fat, BMI and fitness level I will then design you a programme to suit you. The training sessions can take place in your home (especially if you have your own gym equipment), in a local park or in my garden, wherever is best for you.
