Here is what you need to know about me:

If you would have told me ten years ago I would be a personal trainer and fitness fanatic I would have laughed hysterically. More than a stone and a half heavier than I am now, I ate whatever I wanted and could not run more than a minute before getting a stitch and feeling completely out of breath. I saw some photos of myself and realised I had to change and so the journey began. If I can do it, I believe anyone can and I would love to be on the journey with you

I have 3 children and so know the joys of losing baby weight so whatever stage you are at in trying to get fit, personal training with me can and will make the difference.
